GREEN BRANDS exhibited again in 2020 at the world’s largest trade fair for organic consumer goods. We had our own stand at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, where we joined forces with many of our GREEN BRANDS to advocate sustainable and environmentally friendly food production.
More than 3,400 exhibitors and 47,000 trade visitors from 136 countries came together in Nuremberg in February 2020 to find out about the latest developments in the organic food industry. We were guests with our stand in hall 9. Norbert Lux, founder and Managing Director of GREEN BRANDS, and Sri Dhanya Adusumilli, Assistant Business Lead, were able to welcome numerous interested people at our stand and personally meet many GREEN BRANDS. Successful networking was also guaranteed thanks to the numerous experts and companies present.
As every year, we presented several companies and brands with their awards directly at the fair. The Austrian food manufacturer Spitz, AlmaWin Reinigungskonzentrate GmbH or Werkhaus GmbH, were pleased about the renewed re-validation and award of the green quality seal.
We awarded no less than four GREEN-BRANDS certificates to Weleda. The globally leading manufacturer of certified natural cosmetics was simultaneously awarded the certificates for Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
It was an excellent fair thanks to numerous intensive discussions with existing and future GREEN BRANDS. Also in 2021 we will be present again at BIOFACH in Nuremberg.
