Social media links via graphics

We also integrate the following social media sites into our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective site. The use of these graphics stored on our own servers prevents the automatic connection to the servers of these networks for their display. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will you be forwarded to the service of the respective social network.

Once you click, that network may record information about you and your visit to our site. It cannot be ruled out that such data will be processed in the United States.

Initially, this data includes such things as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, and the page visited. If you are logged into your user account on that network, however, the network operator might assign the information collected about your visit to our site to your personal account. If you interact by clicking Like, Share, etc., this information can be stored your personal user account and possibly posted on the respective network. To prevent this, you need to log out of your social media account before clicking on the graphic. The various social media networks also offer settings that you can configure accordingly.

Using the PHP Web Stat

We have integrated components of the PHP Web Stat on this website. PHP Web Stat is a web analysis software. Web-Analysis is the collection and evaluation of data about the behaviour of visitors (affected person) of internet pages. Among other things, this web analysis software collects data about the website from which a person concerned came to a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often a subpage was viewed. A web analysis is mainly used to optimize an internet page and for cost-benefit analysis of internet advertising.

By each call of one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the data controller, PHP Web Stat collects and stores data for marketing and optimization purposes. Pseudonymous user profiles are created using the data collected. The pseudonymised user profiles are used for the purpose ofanalysing visitor behaviour and enable us to improve our Internet offering. The data collected via the PHP Web Stat software will not be used to identify the person concerned without the prior separate and explicit consent of the person concerned. This data is not combined with personal data or with other data containing the same pseudonym.

Every person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as already described above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting in the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent PHP Web Stat from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned.

The statistics module stores the following data: Date/time | Country of origin | Operating system & version | Browser & version | Screen resolution | Screen colour depth | Visited page and page of origin

Correction and completion

If you discover that we have incorrect personal data about you, you can request us to correct the incorrect data. In the case of incomplete data, you can demand the completion of the data.

Deletion

You have a right of cancellation (“right to be forgotten”) if one of the following reasons applies:

the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed

You have revoked your consent for the processing,

You have lodged an objection to the processing of your personal data, which we have made public,

You have lodged an objection to the processing of personal data not made public by us and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing,

Your personal data were processed unlawfully,

The deletion of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject,

The right to deletion does not exist if, in the case of lawful non-automated data processing, deletion is not possible or only possible with disproportionately high effort due to the special type of storage and your interest in deletion is low. In this case, the restriction of processing takes the place of deletion.

Restriction of processing

You can demand that we restrict processing if one of the following reasons applies:

You dispute the accuracy of the personal data. In this case, the restriction may be requested for the time necessary to verify the accuracy of the data.

The processing is unlawful and you request the restriction of the use of your personal data instead of its deletion.

Your personal data will no longer be required by us for the purposes of processing, but you will need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

You have lodged an objection under Art. 21 (1) EU DS Block Exemption Regulation. The restriction of processing may be requested as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your reasons.

Restriction of processing means that the personal data will only be processed with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest. Before we lift the restriction, we have the duty to inform you of this.

Data transferability

You have a right to data transferability, provided that the processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1), first sentence, letter a) or Article 9(2)(a) EU DPA or on a contract to which you are party and that the processing is carried out using automated means. In this case, the right to data transferability includes the following rights, provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of other persons

You can demand that we receive the personal data you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You have the right to transfer this data to another responsible person without hindrance on our part. Insofar as technically feasible, you can demand that we transfer your personal data directly to another responsible party.

Right of complaint

If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority competent for the place where you are staying or working or for the place where the alleged breach occurred.

Right of objection

Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The objection may also relate to individual sub-areas of data processing (e.g. unsubscribing from the newsletter).

We would like to point out that even in the event of an objection, processing may be required by law.

Please address your objection to the contact data mentioned above under 1. and understand that in the event of an objection to data processing, identification may be required to prevent misuse.
